From Mancha Real, take the road that eventually turns into a track leading to Pico Almadén. The track begins with an abrupt ascent, reaching the Morrón at 1,540 meters, where the views are excellent.
After reaching Morrón, the track descends softly past Mojón Blanco hill. From here, it ascends abruptly once again, leading towards Pico Almadén. This section of the hike offers a mix of challenging climbs and gentle descents, showcasing the diverse terrain of the region.
The track has a junction to the left which should not be taken unless you want to explore a nearby peak, which is less high but offers beautiful views. Continue on the main track to reach Pico Almadén, the primary destination of this route.
