The hiking trails which runs between Cortegana and Las Veredas is a small secondary road which we access from Plaza de Toros where we see signposted the trail from Cortegana to Almonaster la Real.
Along the way you'll find a nice viewpoint with panoramic views before ascending a well-marked trail; afterwards you´ll reach a descend to Barranco de las Vegas and later to the village Cincho, a place with old restored houses. After passing through that place you get to Las Veredas.
Las Veredas is a district of Almonaster la Real with a friendly population that is generally devoted to livestock and has ancient traditions transmitted from parents to children; definitely a place worth visiting if you like typical Andalusian villages.

- Low difficulty; it’s an easy trail
